Collin Cares Glow with the Flow Twilight Run
The Collin Cares Glow with the Flow Twilight Run is an evening athletic event held in Medina, Ohio. The race is hosted at Root Middle School and serves as a fundraiser for Collin Cares Cure Cancer, a non-profit organization that provides support and donations to families affected by cancer. The course is designed with an entertainment theme, featuring various lighting effects, music, and a disco ball to accompany the participants.
The event offers two distinct distances for participants:
- 5K Glow with the Flow Twilight Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Kids Run/Walk
All participants receive glow-in-the-dark items to wear during their run, along with a race t-shirt, though shirts are subject to availability for those who register after July 21st. For the 5K event, awards are presented to the top three finishers in specified age groups, and finish times are recorded and posted for all runners.
