COHO RUN
The COHO RUN takes place at Ambleside Beach in West Vancouver, British Columbia. The event features a flat course along the waterfront, designed for participants seeking efficient times on certified routes. The race atmosphere includes live DJ sets along the course and concludes with a post-race festival at Ambleside Park.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 10 km: A certified, chip-timed race for adult participants.
- 5 km: A certified, chip-timed race for adult participants.
- 1 km: An untimed race specifically for children aged 1-13.
All registered runners in the timed events receive chip timing, a finisher medal, and access to post-race food and beverages. Professional on-course photography and digital results are also provided. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the 5 km and 10 km categories.
The event is held outdoors and proceeds in various weather conditions, including rain or sun, unless otherwise directed by local authorities.
