Event
Yabba Dabba Doo is a multi-lap fun run held on 20 September 2026. This is the eighth running of the event. There are multiple distance options:
- 5K (ish)
- 10K (ish)
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
Runners complete as many 5K laps as needed to cover their chosen distance. The route is signed. The course is described as flat and hard underfoot, with a mixture of hard stone and pathways. Aid stations are provided along the route and each finisher receives a Yabba Dabba Doo medal. Fancy dress is encouraged.
Location and facilities
Race headquarters is at The Visitor Centre, Chasewater Country Park, Pool Lane, Burntwood, Staffs, WS8 7NL. The event takes place around the reservoir and uses Chasewater facilities, including a cafe, toilets, and a children’s park. The park also offers water sports and a steam train on site.
Entries and ratings
Entry fees range from £26 to £42. Age limits apply by distance: 5K open to those aged 15 and over, 10K open to 16 and over, Half Marathon open to 17 and over, Marathon open to 18 and over on the race date.
