Cocoa Beach Half Marathon & 10K
The event is an annual road race held in Cocoa Beach offering two distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
The course runs along the beach and State Road A1A, with a finish on I Dream of Jeannie Lane. Participants may see coastal traffic and wildlife from the route, including fishing boats, cruise ships, porpoises, and diving birds. The half marathon has a three hour time limit. Walkers are not permitted in the half marathon; walkers are allowed only in the 10K.
Athlete amenities listed include commemorative hats for pre-registered runners, large custom finisher medals (noted as a red, white, and blue Jeannie bottle design), live music at points along the course, discount coupons to Ron Jon Surf Shop, beer and food at the finish area, and tech shirts available for purchase. Medical support and post-race massages are provided in the finish area. Volunteers assist race operations, and the event displays a USATF sanctioned-event indication.
