Clowbridge 5k

Clowbridge 5k - NYD! is a New Year’s Day trail race organized by Run JMC at Clowbridge Reservoir near Burnley. The 5 km course comprises two anti-clockwise laps of the reservoir’s trail path starting from the Rossendale Valley Sailing Club (Manchester Road, BB11 5PF). The route is described as fast and flat with about 25 meters of total ascent, set on a popular stretch off the Pennine Bridleway.

The event is open to runners aged 11 and older, features prizes and well‑marshaled sections, and proceeds support local causes. Parking is available at the Sailing Club’s lower car park. Entries are via SiEntries. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
