Event overview

Clowbridge 5k - NYD! is scheduled for 1 January 2026 at Clowbridge Reservoir, Burnley (Rossendale Valley Sailing Club, Manchester Road, BB11 5PF). The event is organised by Run JMC. Course and logistics

The race is a two-lap route around the reservoir on a trail path, run anti-clockwise from the sailing club. The course is described as fast and flat, with 25 m of elevation over 5 km. Participants are asked to park sensibly locally; a lower car park at the sailing club and Limey Lane at the far end of the reservoir are indicated for parking.
