About the race
The Clinton Road Zombie Run is scheduled for October 18, 2026, in West Milford, New Jersey. The event takes place along Clinton Road and includes a short walk/run plus two timed races. The route passes wooded and fog-prone sections of the road and uses the local roadside corridor for course layout.

- Zombie Crawl: 1 mile walk/run
- 5k: 5 kilometers
- 10k: 10 kilometers
The Zombie Crawl takes place before the 5k and 10k, which run concurrently. Zombie volunteers line the course and there are themed aid stations with eerie lighting and refreshments. Watering stations are available along the course. Vendor and sponsor areas are available before and after the races.
Awards and event features include prizes for top finishers in the 5k and 10k, a costume contest for creative undead looks, and participation medals for finishers. All awards will be presented after the conclusion of the 10k. Race maps are scheduled to be uploaded on September 1, 2026.
Logistics notes in the event information indicate event check-in will be at a tent stationed at the corner of Van-Orden Road and Clinton Road. Parking is available along Schoolhouse Cove Road and is restricted to designated areas; participants are asked to obey local traffic signs.
