The event is held on Clinton Road in West Milford, NJ 07480. Clinton Road is an isolated, roughly 10-mile road in Passaic County that runs north to south from Route 23 to Upper Greenwood Lake. The road is known locally for stories and legends, including a drowned boy ghost at "Dead Man's Curve," reports of phantom headlights, and accounts of a phantom truck.
