Cleveland Oktoberfest 5K Bier Run
The event takes place during Cleveland Oktoberfest at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in Berea on September 7, 2026. It features a 5K Bier Run and a 1 Mile Walk. All participants receive a short-sleeved race shirt, one free drink ticket for those 21 and older, age group awards, and free entry to the festival after the event.

Registration has a fee of $35 per event. Registration opens May 11, 2026 and closes September 6, 2026.
Early packet pickup is scheduled for August 29 at Hermes Sports and Events, 2425 W. 11th St., Cleveland, OH 44113.
Dogs are permitted with rules in place: owners must pick up after their dogs, keep dogs on leashes, maintain control of their animals, and ensure dogs are well socialized. Dogs that behave in a threatening manner may be asked to leave. Participants with dogs should prepare for warm weather and provide water and cooling options.
Parking for the Oktoberfest 5K is available via Gate 2 at the Eastland Road entrance. Additional festival activities such as the Oktoberfest Bier Olympics are offered separately with separate ticketing. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
