Clear Lake Sprint and Olympic Triathlon
The event takes place on June 6, 2026 at Clear Lake Pub and Beach in Fremont, Indiana. It features multiple race formats held around Clear Lake, including sprint and Olympic triathlons, duathlon, aquabike, and relay options.
This is the third year the sprint and Olympic triathlons are held at Clear Lake. The swim is in Clear Lake, with a sandy beach, a gradual smooth water entry, and a stair climb from the water up to the transition area. The bike courses are described as flat to rolling, with the Olympic course hillier than the sprint and using much of the former TSRA and Pokagon triathlon bike routes. The run follows town roads along Clear Lake, with sections offering wind protection and local community support.
Race-day amenities include food and beverage options available from Clear Lake Pub at the site. Distances for the primary triathlon events are listed below. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
- Sprint Triathlon: 500 yard swim, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Olympic Triathlon: 1650 yard swim, 24.8 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
