Splash of Purple Dash of Gold Color Run
This community event at Ryan Elementary in Bronson, MI offers two distances and is presented by the Bronson Senior High School Student Council. The event supports updating the BHS library into a more student friendly workspace and other student activities. All runners in the 5K will be chipped for time; a separate lane is available for participants who do not want color powder thrown on them.
Entry includes a t shirt, a pair of sunglasses, and a goody bag while supplies last; those items are guaranteed only for registrations received by May 20. The registration fee is $30. Late registrations may not receive the giveaway items. Day of registration is available at the registration table, and on site registration will begin at 5:15 pm.
Medals will be awarded to top male and female runners in multiple age brackets for the 5K. Medals will also be awarded to the top male and female runners under age 12 in the 1 mile run/walk. Bronson Nutrition will be on site selling drinks and snacks.
