ClayCo 'Til I Die 5K Walk/Run
The ClayCo ’Til I Die 5K is a community walk/run presented by Lightweight Fitness in partnership with Nagel Law Firm. The event is held at Tara Stadium in Jonesboro, GA, and uses a route that leaves the stadium, follows Jester's Creek Trail out-and-back, and finishes at the stadium where there is music and a vendor area.
The event supports local health programming and community investment in Clayton County. Registration proceeds help fund free weekly run/walk clubs, community bootcamps, school outreach programs, youth fitness initiatives, holiday givebacks, and other community wellness events.
Team registration is available; teams of five or more receive a discounted entry and a team photo opportunity at the finish. First 350 finishers receive a custom ClayCo 'Til I Die medal, and overall male and female winners are recognized. Children 10 and under may participate free of charge without a bib, T-shirt, or medal.
Race packet pickup is offered early at Lightweight Fitness, 7572 Tara Boulevard, Jonesboro, GA; exact pickup dates and times are communicated to registered participants prior to race week. Parking at Tara Stadium is available on a first come, first served basis. Rideshare and carpool are suggested as alternatives to single-occupant parking.
