Coffee Lovers Run Atlanta
The Coffee Lovers Run is a community-focused running event taking place at the South Peachtree Creek Trail in Decatur, Georgia. This event is organized as a small, private group run with a limited number of participants per departure wave to ensure a low-stress environment. It is open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, including both runners and walkers. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
The event offers several distance options to accommodate different goals:
- 1 Mile Fun Run
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 13.1 miles (Half-marathon)
The run does not use timing chips. Instead, timing is optional, and participants can choose to track their own progress using various mobile applications or request assistance from on-site coordinators. Results can be submitted online following the completion of the course.
Registrants receive a swag bag that includes a running T-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a towel or other giveaway item. To eliminate the need for traditional packet pickup, these items are shipped directly to the participant's provided US mailing address. Race bibs are distributed on the morning of the event. A virtual run option is also available for those who prefer to complete their chosen distance at a time and location of their own convenience.
