Claremont Freedom 5K
The Claremont Freedom 5K takes place on July 4, 2026, at Memorial Park, 840 N. Indian Hill Blvd., Claremont, CA 91711. The event includes a main 5K and a 1K kids run, both on paved roads through Claremont village and nearby neighborhoods.
The 5K route runs through village streets and features rolling hills; the first half is largely flat and downhill while the final mile climbs back toward the start and finish at Memorial Park. The kids event is a short 1 kilometer loop that begins and ends at the same park.

- 5K: through Claremont village on paved roads; first half flat/downhill; final mile climbs back.
- 1K Kid's Fun Run: 1 kilometer loop for children starting and finishing at Memorial Park.
Registration opens March 25, 2026 and closes May 2, 2026. Listed fees are $40.00 for the 5K and $20.00 for the 1K kids run. All registered participants receive a shirt and awards are given to the top three finishers in each gender category.
