City of Bloomington Turkey Trot
The Turkey Trot is an annual, free event held by Bloomington Parks & Recreation in partnership with Fleet Feet Bloomington at Miller Park on Thanksgiving morning. Registration is free and a limited number of commemorative race shirts are available for purchase. The event is not timed and no awards are given.
Monetary donations may be given online, and non-perishable food items are collected on site to benefit Home Sweet Home Ministries. The program includes multiple short routes for different ages and abilities.
