Cincinnati Aruna Run : 17th Annual
The Cincinnati Aruna Run takes place on Labor Day, September 7, 2026, at Smale Riverfront Park (166 W. Mehring Way, Cincinnati, OH). The event is a fundraiser for the Aruna Project; 100% of registration fees support programs that free, employ, and empower trafficked women. A virtual option is available for all three distances.

Age and logistics information is provided for each distance: the 10K requires participants to be at least 12 years old, while the 5K and 1-Mile are open to all ages. Packet pick-up is offered at a Run Expo on Sunday, September 6, at MadTree Brewing and on event day at Smale Riverfront Park. Parking options include nearby street, garage, and public lots.
Course and race services are organized from Smale Riverfront Park, with chip timing for all races. The 5K course includes one water stop and the 10K includes two water stops. Several local roads will be closed during the event. Results can be accessed via the race timing app, the QR code on race bibs, or the Results Tent near the finish area.
Event features include participant swag (an Aruna Beach Tote, a District Tri-Blend tee, and an Aruna button) and team and fundraising incentives, including rewards for teams of 15 and for top fundraisers.
