2026 Cincinnati Aruna Run
The 2026 Cincinnati Aruna Run takes place on Labor Day, September 7, 2026, at Smale Riverfront Park in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. The event offers in-person and virtual race options and directs 100% of registration fees to programs that free, employ, and empower trafficked women.
Race distances include:
- 10K Run/Walk, minimum age 12
- 5K Run/Walk, all ages welcome
- 1 Mile Run/Walk, all ages welcome
- Virtual 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile options
Packet pick-up is available at a Run Expo on Sunday, September 6 at MadTree Brewing in Oakley, and on race day at Smale Riverfront Park. All in-person races use chip timing; results are available through the Race Penguin timing app, by scanning the QR code on race bibs, or at the results tent near the finish area.
Course start and finish are at Smale Riverfront Park. The 5K course includes one water stop and the 10K course includes two water stops. The event notes nearby street, garage, and public parking options and lists planned road closures along race routes.
Post-race amenities include water, fruit, complimentary pizza, food vendors for purchase, music, a photo booth, free hair braiding, and partner booths. The event also supports team registration and individual fundraising with several reward tiers and team incentives. Register by July 30 to guarantee a t-shirt.
