2026 Cincinnati Aruna Run
The 17th annual Cincinnati Aruna Run takes place on Labor Day, September 7, 2026, at Smale Riverfront Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. The event includes in-person races and virtual options and is presented by Meyer Brothers & Sons.
Distances:
- 10K (minimum age 12 years)
- 5K (all ages welcome)
- 1 mile (all ages welcome)
- Virtual options for 10K, 5K, and 1 mile
Registration fees are tiered by date and 100% of registration fees go to fund Aruna's work to free, employ, and empower trafficked women. A shirt guarantee date is listed as July 30. Swag for participants includes an Aruna beach tote, a District tri-blend tee, and an Aruna button; the t-shirt logo lists the names of 10 women highlighted by the series.
Each race starts and finishes at Smale Riverfront Park. The 5K course includes one water stop and the 10K includes two water stops. All three in-person races are chip timed; results are available via the race timing app, QR code on race bibs, or the results tent at the finish.
Packet pick-up is offered at a run expo on September 6 at MadTree Brewing in Oakley and on race day at Smale Riverfront Park. Planned road closures will affect Pete Rose Way, Eggleston, Mehring Way, and the Taylor-Southgate Bridge. Parking options include street, garage, and public lots nearby.
