Event Overview
The Church Eaton Chase is a new 10 km running event scheduled for 29 March 2026. It is described as a community-focused event with a traditional village run atmosphere.
Location and Course
The event takes place in Church Eaton, Staffordshire. The course is a circular scenic route on quiet country lanes around the village. The race starts at the Cricket Club and finishes at the Royal Oak pub.
Event Schedule
Registration opens at 08:30. A Children's Fun Run starts at 10:00. The main 10 km race starts at 11:00.
Participation Details
Entry fees are £15.00 for the 10 km race and £2.50 for the Children's Fun Run. The minimum age for the 10 km event is 16 years on the day of the event. There is a participant limit of 100 runners for the 10 km race.
Amenities and Extras
Parking is available at the Cricket Club, the local school, and the Royal Oak. Breakfast baps and other refreshments are available at the Cricket Club from 08:30 until 12:00. Food is also served at the Royal Oak from 12:00 onwards. All competitors receive a medal, and prizes are awarded to the first male and female finishers.
