Chupacabra Trail Races - Dixon, IL
Chupacabra Trail Races is a nighttime trail running event in Dixon, Illinois, organized by Meadows Monster. The venue uses a roughly 5 mile loop; race distances are determined by the number of laps required for each entry option.

The course surface is a mix of grass, gravel, and dirt. About 30% of the route is single track; the remainder is at least 15 feet wide. There is one aid station located at the start/finish area offering water and assorted snacks. Space is provided for drop bags and personal belongings, and a post-race snack will be available.
Registration fees are stated as $35 prior to race day and $40 for day of registration for individual entries; relay fees are $105 pre-entry and $120 day of. Registration closes on Thu, Aug 6 at 11:59 PM CT. All participants receive a tee shirt.
