Phoenix : Surrey - Spring Marathon & Half Marathon
This event takes place on Saturday 13 March 2027 at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey (KT12 2JG). The route runs along the River Thames from Walton on Thames towards Hampton Court and returns to the start area.
Runners complete laps on an accurately measured and certified course. The half marathon requires four laps and the marathon eight laps. The route is off road on a riverside towpath and the overall course has no elevation gain or loss.
- Half marathon: 4 laps on the certified riverside route
- Marathon: 8 laps on the certified riverside route
Medals are awarded to all finishers. Entry fees are listed as £31.50 for affiliated runners and £33.50 for unaffiliated runners. Places are strictly limited. Distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under in line with UK Athletics rules. The organiser offers both attended and virtual participation; virtual participants receive the same medal or memento as attended participants.
