Chorley 10km
The Chorley 10km is a club road race held in Chorley town centre on 3rd May 2026. The course is a two lap route that starts and finishes on Market Street. Entry is listed at £23.00.
From the start on Market Street participants run up Market Street and turn left onto St Thomas's Road. The route continues along Southport Road and turns right at Ackhurst Lodge to enter Astley Park. Within the park the course follows a path that runs in front of Astley Coach House and Astley Hall, crosses the lake bridge, and passes open playing fields and play areas toward the park main gates.
At the park gates participants turn left onto Park Road and run up to the junction with the A6 Preston Road, where they turn and return down Park Road on the opposite side. The course then runs past Chorley Town Hall, turns right onto St Thomas's Road and repeats the same sequence for the second lap. After completing the second lap runners continue down Market Street and pass through the finish line on Market Street in Chorley town centre.
