Chippenham Longest Day 10k : 24 June 2026
The event is a midweek road race in Chippenham held on 24 June 2026. The course covers 10 km and features closed roads for the start and finish. Registration and a pop up garden are located in the Market Place at the top of Chippenham High Street, with the race start about 100 metres away. There is parking available in the town.
The event combines running with an evening festival atmosphere. A samba band will perform before and during the race and there is live music later in the evening. Food and drink options on site include food stalls, coffee and ice cream vendors, a pasty vendor near the start and finish, and local pubs offering discounted drinks to runners.
Race services include distance markers every kilometre, chip timing with live results, on site toilets, race photography and medals for all finishers. For 2026 there is an optional medal personalisation service for an additional £10 that can record name, position and finish time on a plate fitted to the medal. The organiser offers training plans in partnership with a coaching provider, with a discount available to entrants.
