Chip Chase

The Chip Chase is a fell running race held in the Peak District near Uppermill, Saddleworth, offering scenic views overlooking Manchester. The course covers 6.2 miles (10 km) with an elevation gain of 1,312 feet (400 meters), featuring well-marked and marshalled paths and one challenging steep climb. It serves as a great introduction to fell running, with a supportive atmosphere and provisions such as chip butties at the finish.
