Chilly Willy 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Colorado Springs
The Chilly Willy event takes place on January 23, 2027 in Colorado Springs with the race site at Cottonwood Creek Park. The event offers in-person and virtual participation and posts results after the event.
Distances available:
- 5K

Course notes: the 5K and 10K are single out-and-back routes and the half marathon is a double loop. The courses are described as generally flat. Water stations are provided approximately every 1.5 miles. The course will close at 3.5 hours, which corresponds to a 16 minute per mile pace for the half marathon.
All participants receive a finisher medal. Overall and age-group awards are presented for each distance using five-year age categories beginning at 10 and under. There is a race day registration and check-in at the event site, and a registration deadline to guarantee shirt size on January 13.
A virtual race option allows remote participants to run or walk their chosen distance, submit results online, and be eligible for awards and event swag. Virtual participants can view posted results the Monday after the event date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
