Children of the Sun Half Marathon
Children of the Sun Half Marathon is the first edition of this event, presented by CENTURY 21. The event takes place in Spokane, Washington, and the entire course is on the Children of the Sun Trail in north Spokane. The half marathon distance is 13.1 miles with roughly 750 feet of elevation gain on a smooth, paved trail. Participants have a four hour time limit to complete the half marathon.
The event program also includes a 10K and a 5K. All distances are open to all ages. There are three aid stations on course; organizers will provide water, electrolytes, coffee, and fruit. Participants are expected to arrive healthy and prepared for the event.
