Chief Joseph Uphill Run
The Chief Joseph Uphill Run is held in Laurel, Montana, with the assembly point at Thomson Park Shelter on East 6th Street. The course leaves the park, follows routes through the hills north of town, and returns to the park.
Participants may choose from the following distances:
- 2 mile
- 4 mile
- 8 mile
Registration for the listed races opens on January 20, 2026 and closes on June 22, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00 for each distance. Packet pickup is available July 2 from 11:00 to 15:00 and July 3 from 11:00 to 15:00 at the Laurel Chamber of Commerce at 108 E Main. Packets can also be collected on the morning of the event at Thomson Park.
