Chevron Houston Marathon weekend, January 7–11, 2026
The event weekend includes multiple races and supporting activities across downtown Houston. The Houston Marathon and Aramco Half Marathon are scheduled for Sunday, with their start area at Congress and Fannin. The We Are Houston 5K takes place on Saturday with a start at McKinney and Crawford. An expo and participant packet pick-up are held at the George R. Brown Convention Center with entries on Friday and additional packet services on Saturday at the 3rd Floor Entrance in Hall B3 and the George Bush Grand Ballroom area. RunFest and the Charity & Running Club Village are located at Discovery Green, Jones Lawn, occurring on Saturday and Sunday.

Shake out runs are organized midweek and the Friday before race weekend at local meeting points including M-K-T Heights and Discovery Green. RunFest presented by Michelob Ultra takes place on the Jones Lawn and includes a charity village presence. The schedule also notes wheelchair and handcycle divisions for the marathon and half marathon and an elite field for the half marathon and marathon.
