Chevron Houston Marathon weekend overview
The Chevron Houston Marathon weekend is a multi-event running program held in January 2027 in downtown Houston. The weekend features a marathon, a half marathon and a 5K, plus a range of support events that take place in and around the George R. Brown Convention Center and Discovery Green.
Event services include a health and fitness EXPO and packet pick-up located at the George R. Brown Convention Center with entrance routing noted from Hall B3 to Hall A3. RunFest takes place at Discovery Green and hosts a charity and running club village. The weekend schedule also lists a Shake Out Run and the We Are Houston 5K starting at McKinney and Crawford. The marathon and half marathon start at Congress and Fannin and include wheelchair and handcycle divisions as well as elite fields and open fields.
