Chemung County Senior Games Intergenerational 5K
The Chemung County Department of Aging and Long Term Care presents the 2nd Annual Chemung County Senior Games Intergenerational 5K on October 17, 2026, at the Town of Horseheads Sports Complex, 190 Wygant Road, Horseheads, NY 14845. The event is a 5K Run/Walk (3.1 Miles) open to anyone age 18 and older.
Registration opens January 1, 2026 and closes October 9, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00. Registrations completed by October 1 are guaranteed a shirt.
Participants may run or walk the course. Costumes are encouraged; awards and gift certificates will be given for the best male and best female costumes. The event is presented as intergenerational and is intended to bring community members from different age groups together in a shared activity.
