The Cheltenham Running Festival takes place on Sunday 20 June 2027 at Cheltenham Racecourse Running Events, Evesham Rd, Cheltenham GL50 4SH, United Kingdom. The event supports two charities of the year, Charlie's Community Support and Linc Charity.
Charlie’s Community Support provides free holistic therapies, emotional support and wellbeing services for anyone affected by cancer across Gloucestershire. Linc Charity has provided medical treatment, financial support and emotional assistance since 1998 and funds items and services the NHS cannot provide to help patients and their families.
The festival offers multiple race distances and a junior race, with accurate kilometre markers and marshals positioned along the course to guide and support participants.

Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results and post race goodies. The event village includes food and drink options and free partner giveaways at the finish. Organisers state a focus on sustainability and note actions are being taken to address environmental concerns.
