Packet pickup and expo are held the day before at the Hilton Garden Inn Chandler ballroom, 150 S Arizona Ave. Race day reserved packet pickup is available at the timing tent; there is no race day packet pickup without a reservation and a limited number of Sunday pick up reservations exist. The last day for transfers is Thursday, October 22.
Course support includes water and Gatorade at multiple mile locations (mile 1.5, 3, 4.5, 5.3, 7.3, 8.7, 10, 11.6). Pacers are provided for a range of goal finish times. All finishers receive a commemorative finisher medal; overall awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance and age group awards are presented to the top three male and female in standard age categories from 10 and under through 80 plus.
Event rules specific to this race: dogs and pets are not allowed; all participants must be registered; strollers are not permitted on the Half Marathon and 10K but are allowed on the 5K with restrictions (must start in the back, maximum 31 inches wide, no wagon style or other wheels). Race staff and security will enforce bib requirements and remove unregistered participants.
