Centerstone Life;Story - Sarasota, Florida
Life;Story is Centerstone’s national walk/run for suicide prevention, held in Sarasota, Florida on September 19, 2026 at 5851 Nathan Benderson Circle. The event brings communities together and includes community vendors, mental health resources, giveaways, and a curated Spotify playlist.
Event options include:
- 5K run/walk
- 10K run/walk
- Life;Story Kids Dash for children ages 3 to 12, not timed
- Virtual 5K (run or walk anywhere on the event date)
- Virtual 10K (run or walk anywhere on the event date)
In-person 5K and 10K registrations include the official 2026 Life;Story race shirt, finisher medal, chip-timed race bib, and a professionally managed racecourse. The Kids Dash includes the official race shirt and a Kids Dash finisher medal and is not timed. Virtual registrations include the race shirt, finisher medal, and a souvenir race bib; virtual packets registered before September 14 will be shipped prior to the event, later registrations ship after the event. Shipping is not included in the registration price. Virtual participants are encouraged to record and upload their time but are not required to do so and are not eligible for overall or age group awards.
Age and fee details are provided for each event. Minimum ages and youth pricing specified in event details: 5K minimum age 5 with ages 5–17 at a reduced price, 10K minimum age 13 with ages 13–17 at a reduced price. A $5 discount is available for 1st Responders and for Military and Veterans using the listed promo codes.
