The event takes place on January 31, 2026, at the Cemex FEC Quarry, located at 13292 NW 118th Avenue, Miami, FL 33178. The race offers two distances and includes separate divisions for employees and students as well as general entries.

Course and logistics

The course runs through an active limestone quarry and passes near heavy equipment such as haul trucks, loaders, and draglines. All participants, including walkers and children, must be registered and wear a bib to access the course. Baby strollers are not allowed on the course. Students must present a valid ID to receive a race packet; without ID, they must pay the difference in registration fees. Organizers note that GPS may reroute visitors, so entrants should use the main entrance. Proceeds from the event benefit Castaways Against Cancer, a nonprofit organization focused on raising funds and awareness for cancer.
