CEMEX Quarry Quest 5K/10K

The CEMEX Quarry Quest 5K/10K takes place on January 31, 2026, at the Cemex FEC Quarry in Miami, Florida. The site address is 13292 NW 118th Avenue, Miami, FL 33178. The course runs through an active limestone quarry on the south side of Okeechobee Road and the Florida Turnpike. Participants are advised that GPS may reroute them and to use the main entrance.

Race format and rules

10K

The event includes separate entries for general runners, CEMEX employees, and students: 5K Run, 5K CEMEX Employees, 10K Run/Walk, 10K CEMEX Employees, 5K Students, and 10K Students. Published entry fees are $40 for the 5K Run and $50 for the 10K Run/Walk; employee and student rates are lower (for example, $20 for 5K employees and $20 for 5K students). All participants, including walkers and children, must register and wear a bib to access the course. Baby strollers are not allowed on the course. Students must show valid ID to receive a race packet; without ID they must pay the difference in registration fees. Proceeds from the race will benefit Castaways Against Cancer.
