CCS Run Like the Devil 5K and Fun Run at Kiawah River Fall Festival
The event takes place at Kiawah River in Johns Island as part of Charleston Collegiate School’s Fall Festival. The festival includes a farmers market with local makers, classic fall festival games, live music, food trucks, a bounce house, a large slide, a dunk tank, and a vendor village. Pets are welcome and must be kept on a leash.
The running events include:
- 5K trail run, chip-timed, with prizes for the top three female and top three male finishers.
- 1 Mile Fun Run.
Pre-registration is required to participate in the 5K and Fun Run; t-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received by October 2. Registration fees listed for the events include a $50 fee for the 5K, a $35 fee for the Fun Run, and a $25 option to purchase an event t-shirt without participating in a race. Some sponsor and team registration options are also offered.
Funds raised at the event support the Charleston Collegiate School annual fund, which helps cover classroom supplies, technology, teacher salaries, field trips, and other school programs.
