Caveman Roar n' Pour 5K Trail Fun Run/Walk
The Caveman Roar n' Pour 5K returns for its 12th year at the Cave B Estate Winery in Quincy, Washington. This themed event invites participants to traverse a trail course that winds through working vineyards and the natural desert landscape of the Columbia River Gorge. The route features views of the Columbia River and the surrounding desert plateau.
The event is open to participants of various experience levels, including runners, joggers, and walkers. Because the terrain is uneven and rocky, all participants must sign a waiver. The event focuses on community and fun, with participants encouraged to wear caveman-themed costumes or coordinate group outfits. Awards are presented for the best individual costumes, team themes, and spirit, as well as the best human and dog combinations.
Registered participants receive a racing bib. Those who register by March 16, 2026, are guaranteed a long-sleeve racing T-shirt. Following the trail activity, the event continues at the winery's front lawn and Stage B Amphitheater.

Post-run activities include live music featuring a four-piece band and wine tasting for participants aged 21 and over. Participants receive a wine glass and tickets to sample four different Cave B wines. While outside alcohol is prohibited, attendees may bring their own picnic or pre-order a catered lunch consisting of a main entree, side items, and a dessert.
