Cautley Helm Hill Winter League Series
The Cautley Helm Hill Winter League Series is a fell running event. The races take place at The Helm in Kendal, within England's Lake District region.
The senior race covers a distance of 7.7 km (4.8 miles) with a total climb of 365 m (1198 ft). Entry is available on the day for a fee of £6.00. All senior runners must pre-register for the Winter League series, with registration closing at 11:15. The minimum age to participate is 17.
Mandatory kit for seniors includes full waterproof body cover, a hat, gloves, and a whistle. The event is held under a Fell Runners Association permit, which includes UK Athletics insurance.
Separate junior races are also available for the categories U10, U12, U14, and U16. Entry for juniors costs £2.00, and their registration closes at 10:45. Mandatory kit for juniors consists of a waterproof jacket, hat, and gloves. Junior races begin from 11:00.
