About the race
The Cataraqui Adventure Trek is the signature event of MT ADVENTURES. It combines elements of adventure racing and multisport competition on a forest course of roughly 7 to 9 km per lap. Racers have four hours to complete the course as many times as they can.
The event offers solo entry and two person teams. Team members must stay within 100 m of each other while racing. The format mixes three disciplines each lap and uses kayaks for solo paddlers and canoes for team paddlers.
The course is described as spectator friendly and includes awards and a post-race meal. The event is scheduled for Sunday, September 13, 2026, in Glenburnie, ON. Entry fees vary by registration date: early bird, regular, and late rates are listed, and the fee includes registration, a post-race meal, and a souvenir.
