Event overview
The Carlisle Autumn Duathlon is a sprint-distance duathlon held on 11 October 2026 at Carlisle Lake District Airport in Great Britain. The event is organised by Carlisle Tri Club and is one of two annual Carlisle duathlons, which take place in March and October. Free parking is available at the airport. Light refreshments will be available after the event.

Both runs take place on the airport grounds and are traffic-free. The bike leg uses quiet country roads. The event uses chip timing. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female finishers and there are age-group prizes in 10-year bands. A bespoke finisher’s medal is provided. The minimum age for the sprint distance is 15 years on 31 December 2026. Non-BTF affiliated athletes must purchase a Race Pass from British Triathlon. Entry prices start from £35.
