The event is organized by Care for Cops, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has provided financial assistance to over 100 families of fallen Georgia officers since 1999. Registration is available online, at packet pick-up, and on race day; online pricing changes after January 10, 2026. Early packet pick-up is scheduled the day before the race at Big Peach. Timing is by chip through Performance Race Services, with live on-site results and online posting. Awards include medals for the top three in each age group for both male and female (age groups from 10 and under through 70+), masters awards for the top two in each gender, and overall male and female winners. T-shirts are provided for entrants who register by February 7, 2026. Strollers are allowed; bicycles are not. The event proceeds rain or shine and will have on-site photography.
