Run Through The Decades Half
The event takes place on April 17, 2027, at Sugar Hill Veterans Memorial and along the Greenway in Sugar Hill, Georgia. It offers both in-person and virtual options on the same date.
Available distances include:
- 6K for the groovy 60s
- 7K for the funky 70s
- 8K for the energetic 80s
- Half Marathon 13.1 miles
- Virtual 6K, Virtual 7K, Virtual 8K, Virtual Half
All registered participants receive a custom finisher medal. Awards are presented for all four in-person races in five-year age groups beginning with 10 and under.
Registration fees listed by the organizer are $25 for the 6K, $30 for the 7K, $35 for the 8K, and $45 for the Half Marathon. Virtual races are listed at $25 each.
The event is themed around music from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. The organizer notes that completing the three themed distances is presented as an equivalent to the half marathon, and era-themed clothing is encouraged. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
