Run Through The Decades 6K/7K/8K/Half
Run Through The Decades takes place in Sugar Hill, Georgia, with the event site listed as Sugar Hill Distillery and portions of the course on the Greenway. The event offers in-person and virtual options across four main distances and themed courses that represent three musical eras.
Participants can enter these distances:
- 6K for the 60s
- 7K for the 70s
- 8K for the 80s
- Half Marathon by completing all three distances
All registered athletes receive a custom finisher medal. Awards are given for each event and include top three overall male and female, top three masters (40+), top three grand masters (50+), top three senior masters (60+), and top three in each 5-year age group from 10 & under through 75+. Water stations are provided at approximately every 1.5 miles. Virtual participants can run at a time and place of their choosing, submit results through the event system by the end of race day, and receive virtual packages shipped the Monday after the event to continental US addresses only.
Registration periods with tiered fees are published and registrations made by April 8 are guaranteed race swag in the requested size. Packet pickup is available on race morning beginning one hour before the start. The event lists the Georgia Alliance Against Breast Cancer as the 2026 charity partner.
