Caputo Studio Saunter 5K
The Caputo Studio Saunter 5K is an inaugural 5K run/walk in Travelers Rest on May 9, 2026. The event is presented by Caputo Studio and powered by ScanSource and is part of the Greenville Track Club Corporate Shield series. It is a fundraiser for the Arthritis Foundation with a goal of raising $2,500. Organizers state that 100% of net proceeds from registrations and sponsorships, after costs, will be donated to the Arthritis Foundation.
The course begins at Chico Bolin Park, adjacent to Trailblazer Park at 315 Trailblazer Drive. Most of the route runs on paved neighborhood streets, includes some hills, and finishes with a fast flat stretch on the track. The race will contribute points to the Corporate Shield standings; spectators and finished racers may line the track to cheer for teams.
Registration opens April 6 and closes April 30 for the lower fee. Early registration is $15 through April 30, then rises to $20 until race day. A souvenir engraved hardwood coaster featuring a race turtle is available for purchase for $12. Custom wood awards will be presented to the top three male and female overall finishers and to masters, grand masters, and senior grand masters.
