Capstone Cares 5K Benefiting WarriorWOD
Capstone Cares 5K is a certified, easy-to-navigate 5K race that runs through Cummings Research Park. The course begins and ends at Capstone Research Corporation headquarters, which serves as the event hub for participants and spectators.
The event offers both an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K. Registration is available for the listed dates and the fee is $30.00. The format allows walking, running, or pushing a stroller.
After the finish there will be food trucks and on-site activities. All proceeds benefit WarriorWOD, a national nonprofit that supports Veterans through a recovery program focused on exercise, nutrition, and mentorship to address physical and invisible wounds of war.
