Capital Students of Military Science 5k Run/Walk
This is the fourth edition of the event. The purpose is to support the Students of Military Science Organization at Capital University, which aids students pursuing a military career after graduation.
The event takes place at 670 Pleasant Ridge Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. Two distances are offered:
- 5k
- 1 Mile
Registration for the 5k costs $25, and for the 1 Mile it is $15.
Free parking for participants is available in the S2 and S3 parking lots on Capital University's campus. Signs and volunteers will be present to direct traffic.
On race day, there will be post-race activities following the event, including awards and refreshments. The top three male and female finishers will be recognized. Age group awards will be posted online for a wide range of categories, from 9 and under to 70 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
