Event Overview
The Run Columbus Run Spring 2026 is a supported group training event held in Hilliard, Ohio. The course includes hydration stations positioned approximately every two miles. These stations operate on a cup-less basis, requiring participants to carry their own handheld bottles or reusable cups for water and electrolyte replacement.
Participant Support
The event provides a variety of pace groups to accommodate different speeds and techniques. Staffed by pacers, these groups include:
- Running groups ranging from 8:00 minutes per mile to 12:00 minutes per mile.
- Run-walk interval groups covering various intervals between 11:30 and 14:00 minutes per mile.
- Dedicated walking groups.
Professional support is available on-site through representatives from Fit For Life Physical Therapy and OhioHealth, who provide assistance with physical tune-ups.
Logistics and Facilities
Participants are asked to use free parking areas in downtown Hilliard or at the trailhead rather than the McCoy Center Lot. A secure key storage system is provided at the main gathering point for convenience. Post-run activities take place at the brewery and include music, treats, and prize giveaways.
