Event Details

The Clover 5K is a run/walk event taking place on April 11, 2026. It is held at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Hilliard, Ohio. Funds raised support the Franklin County 4-H programs and over ten area non-profit organizations through the "Walk & Serve" initiative.

Course

The 5K course starts and finishes on the track. It is a flat route with a mix of surfaces including a horse track, paved roads, a multi-use trail, and packed crushed gravel, all within the fairgrounds property.

Entry & Inclusions

The standard registration fee is $20, which increases after April 10, 2026. Race-day registration costs $25. The entry fee includes a goodie bag for the first 100 participants, a wooden laser-carved commemorative medal (a "Woodal"), and a breakfast ticket for a made-to-order omelet, fresh fruit, and bottled water.

An event t-shirt is available as an optional add-on purchase for $12-$14 if ordered by March 25, 2026. It is not included in the standard registration fee.

Schedule & Activities

Packet pickup is available on Friday, April 10, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Edwards Building. On race day, packet pickup starts at 7:30 AM. After the race, from 9:30 AM to noon, there is an optional "Walk & Serve" community activity in the Ganyard and Edwards Buildings, featuring hands-on projects led by 4-H members. The event also partners with Go Green Hilliard for an Earth Day recycling event.

Awards

Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the top male and female finishers in each age category: 10 and under, 11-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
