The Clover 5K

Event overview

The Clover 5K takes place on April 11, 2026 at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Hilliard, Ohio (5035 Northwest Parkway, Hilliard, OH 43026). The event is organized by Franklin County 4-H and raises funds for the 4-H Walk & Serve and more than ten area non-profit organizations. The published registration price is $20, with a price increase after April 10, 2026. The event shirt is an optional add-on ($12 plus processing fee and tax) and must be ordered by March 25, 2026 to receive one; registrations after that date are listed as not eligible for a race shirt.

Logistics and course

The race entry fee includes a goodie bag for the first 100 participants, a hand-stamped wooden "Woodal" commemorative medal, and a breakfast ticket for a made-to-order omelet, fresh fruit and bottled water. Race packets and t-shirts will not be mailed and must be picked up at the Edwards Building at the fairgrounds; same-day packet pickup is available. Free parking is available on site. Awards include medals for top overall male and female finishers and top male and female finishers in age groups (13 and under; 14-15; 16-17; 18-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 and over). The course starts and finishes on the track and is flat, with surfaces that include the horse track, paved roads, a multiuse trail and a section of packed crushed gravel, all within the fairgrounds.
