Capernwray Mid Week Series - 1 July 2026

The event takes place at Capernwray Dive Centre, Jackdaw Quarry, Capernwray Road, Carnforth LA6 1AD. It is organised by T2 Events and is part of a mid-week series that includes dates in June, July, August and September 2026. Entries open 12 September 2025 and close 30 June 2026. The minimum age to enter is 15. Registration location varies with weather and may be upstairs in the café or outside by transition.

Triathlon: 500m swim > 17.6km bike > 4.3km run
Aquathlon: 500m swim > 4.3km run
AquaBike: 500m swim > 17.6km bike
Swim: 500m / 1000m / 1500m

Entry fees listed for the event are: Triathlon £35, Triathlon Relay (team of 3) £45, Aquathlon £25, AquaBike £25, 500m Swim £10, 1000m Swim £15, 1500m Swim £20. Included for participants are free parking, water safety cover, timing, professional photographs, toilets and changing rooms. The course uses a flooded quarry for the swim, an undulating bike route through local lanes and a run loop along the Lancaster canal tow path.
