Cape Girardeau One & Done
The Cape Girardeau One & Done is a 1 mile road race held entirely within Arena Park in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The event features a fast and flat course that is USATF Certified, providing participants with the opportunity to establish official times and pursue Missouri State Records for the distance.
The race utilizes a wave start system to organize the field. Runners are assigned to specific waves based on the estimated finish times provided during the registration process. To ensure placement in the most appropriate wave, participants are encouraged to register early, as those registering on the day of the event may be placed in the final wave. The use of non-registered pacers is prohibited.
Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners, as well as the top overall masters in both categories. Additionally, medals are awarded to the first through third place finishers in various age divisions, ranging from children aged 7 and under to adults aged 70 and over.
