Cape Canaveral Reindeer Run 5K
The Cape Canaveral Reindeer Run 5K is the 30th annual edition of a holiday-themed 5K held in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The event takes place on December 12, 2026 at Cherie Down Park, 8330 Ridgewood Avenue, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. Holiday costumes are encouraged and participants are invited to wear festive apparel.
This edition is a cup-less race to reduce single-use waste. Pre-filled cups will not be provided at water stations; participants should bring a collapsible cup, hydration vest, refillable water bottle, or other personal drinking vessel.
The first 450 registrants receive a T-shirt and a finisher medal. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, top masters male and female, and the top co-ed team of four finishers.
Packet pick-up and registration occur the day before the race at the Cape Canaveral Community Center, 7920 Orange Avenue. Registration opens on June 30, 2026 and fees vary by date: $25 before November 12, $30 from November 13 to December 8, and $40 from December 9 to December 12.
