Cape 5K and 10K : Tour De Wolf Trails, Shelby Farms Park
The Cape 5K and 10K are trail races held on the Tour De Wolf Trails inside Shelby Farms Park in Cordova, TN. The courses follow winding dirt singletrack and grassy trail sections, pass scenic lake views, run through tall trees, and include a few hills on otherwise runnable terrain. Road running shoes are acceptable when trails are dry.

The event is cupless, so participants should bring a handheld bottle, flask, or reusable cup. There is a water station on the course that the 5K visits once and the 10K visits twice. Amenities listed for finishers include finisher medals, age group awards, cooling towels at the finish, ice cold sodas after the race, a trail snack aid station at the finish, free professional race photos, and a video documentary for the series.
Packet pickup is offered the day before the race at the start/finish area and again on race morning. Parking is inside Shelby Farms Park near the Discovery Playground and restrooms; the Tour De Wolf Pavilion is located a short walk down the hill from the parking area. Port a potties will be available at the start/finish.
Age restrictions state both distances are open to ages 5 and above with a parent or guardian signature; an adult is recommended to run with children ages 5 to 10. The organizer does not offer refunds or roll over credits, and unclaimed shirts will be donated. The race may be postponed or canceled for severe weather, with participant safety as the priority.
