Canon Sheehan Loop - Glenanaar Forest

Mandatory kit for the event is Level B - Standard and includes a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, a charged mobile phone with the emergency number stored, and a foil blanket or bivvy bag. Participants should have the means to carry this kit.
Entries open Monday 24 August 2026 and close Saturday 29 August 2026. Entry fees are €7 for seniors and €5 for over 65s and under 18s. The event shows a maximum of 250 places. The exact list of items to be carried during the race may be finalised on the day and advised at registration.
