The Canon Sheehan Loop is a 16 km mountain running event held in Glenanaar Forest, County Cork, organized by the Irish Mountain Running Association. Featuring a moderate difficulty level with 550 meters of ascent, the fully marked course offers a challenging trail experience suitable for seasoned runners. Participants must carry mandatory safety gear including a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, charged mobile phone, and emergency blanket or bivvy bag.
