Charleville International Half Marathon 2026
The Charleville International half marathon returns for its 16th year on Sunday, September 13, 2026, with a certified course (Permit no. 25/553) through Charleville in Munster. The course is described as fast and flat.
The event is organised by North Cork AC. Proceeds include a donation to St. Josephs Foundation for people with special needs. The race operates under road closure limits: the event is restricted to a three hour duration and roads are scheduled to reopen after 2.5 hours. No finishers are accepted after the permitted time. Walkers are not permitted and bicycles are not allowed on the course as pacers.
Entries include the possibility of a medal for entrants if selected; medals may not be available for late entrants. A commemorative t-shirt is offered as an optional extra to reduce unnecessary waste. Transfer of entries is available online until August 28, 2026 at 10:00am. Refunds are not accepted after August 29, 2026.
