Event information

The Cannon Ballers Shooting Star 5K is part of the 2026 Run Kannapolis Race Series. The run starts outside Atrium Health Ballpark, which is the home of the Cannon Ballers, and finishes with a lap around the baseball field's bases, ending directly on home plate.

Registration for the 5K includes a limited-edition performance t-shirt, available while supplies last, and a ticket to the Cannon Ballers Starry Night baseball game on the same date. All proceeds from the 5K benefit the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
