The Candy Cane Course - Nashville is scheduled for December 14, 2025 in Gallatin, Tennessee at Triple Creek Park, Softball Complex C Parking Lot (1333 Touchdown Drive). The event group offers multiple race options:

- 5k

- Virtual Race
- Volunteer then Run
Registration for the 5k and 12k includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The 1 Mile registration is untimed and includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The Kid's Dash is untimed for ages 10 and under and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a kids' medal. Youth pricing applies for the 5k/12k for ages 12 and under.

Chip timing with live results and awards is provided for timed races. Age group awards for the 5k and 12k include overall, masters (40+), and top three in standard age brackets from 10 & under up to 80+. A virtual option ships a packet that includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; participants can upload times and photos for the event. Course maps and parking information are available online. The organizer has a no-refund policy and will cancel or transfer to virtual only if the venue requires cancellation or if there are ice hazards on the course.
