About the race
The Candy Cane 5K takes place on December 27, 2026 at Vista View Park in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (4001 SW 142nd Ave, 33330). The event is holiday themed and includes unlimited candy canes and on-course dancing alongside a 5K running and walking course.
Every registered participant receives a personalized race bib with an RFID timing chip, an event shirt, and a finisher medal. Awards are presented to the top three overall finishers and to top finishers across age groups.
Registration opens on September 21, 2026 and closes on October 31, 2026. The published registration fee is $37.50.
